In other words, it's your shifting habit, not the car. You have to push the clutch all the way in if you are not shifting at the rpm and timing from pulling out of first timing the delay as the rpms drop from lifting your big toe off the throttle to sliding the gear selector into second where the engine rpm and second gear transmission rpm match as the rpms drop. ![]() Can the dealership adjust my clutch so that it engages easier? Shifting from third and up or downshift I don't have that issue. When shifting from first to second, my foot needs to be all the way down to shift. I'm having a first to second shift issue.
